By selecting the 'Food & Beverage Menu File' option you will be displayed with a list of the items available to be sold from the Food & Beverage Point of Sale System, as in the example below.

Filter the list of menu items and then double-click on the one you want to add to the group booking.  The selected menu item file will be opened.

Select F3 Accept and you will be returned to the Group Booking.  The selected menu item will be entered into the Charges Section with an 'F' in the column to the left of the Menu Item PLU Code.  (F represents Food & Beverage Menu Item)

You can now change the quantity and the price of the menu item as required.

By selecting a blank line in the charges grid, you can then select F1 Help to add further charges to the Group Booking.
