By selecting the 'Booking Packages' option you will be displayed with a list of the booking packages configured within your system, as in the example below.

Filter the list of packages and then double-click on the package you want to add to the group booking.  The selected package will be opened.

Select F3 Accept and you will be returned to the Group Booking.  The selected package will be entered into the Charges Section.

You can now change the quantity and the price of the booking package as required.

By selecting a blank line in the charges grid, you can then select F1 Help to add further charges to the Group Booking.

If you know the Package Code which is associated with the Booking Package you wish to select, rather than selecting F1 Help to search for it, you can type the package code into the Code box of the charges grid.
