Statements are used in the system for anyone using Credit Accounts. They work in a very similar way to a Credit Card statement; new charges will be shown on the next statement, they will not be shown on future statements, only the balance will.
For the Statements to operate correctly, a Statement Run should be completed every month, this will clear down old charges.
Statements may be printed for a Selection of Records or All Records. Please choose one of the following options.
