To amend the pricing for a bookable activity, from the booking screen:

Select F7 - Action to display the action menu

Select Maintain Configuration

The menu shown below will appear.  Select Maintain Calendar.

The following screen will now be displayed.

Enter the Start Date for the first date you wish to set the prices for.

Enter the End Date for the last date you wish to set the prices for.

Select F7 - Action to display the menu as shown below.

From this menu select the option 'Set Prices / Profiles From ... To ...'

The screen below will now be displayed.

Select the activity you wish to set the prices from the list.

The following screen will now be displayed.

The activity code and description is shown at the top of the screen.

Select the days of the week you wish to set the prices for during the date range you have selected.

The columns labelled Band 0 to Band 9 represent the 10 different time bands you can have throughout the day.  If you are only having 1 time band, enter 23:59 into Band 0.

In the grid at the bottom of the page, double-click on the left-hand column to open the drop-down list.  This will contain all of the different types of members along with Visitor and Guest at the top of the list.

Enter each different membership type in the column on the left.

Enter the relevant price for each membership type under the applicable time band

If you do not want specific membership types to be able to book the activity, the price should be entered as -1.00 (minus £1.00).

Select F3 - Accept to change the prices.
