There are three main reports which come under the heading 'Print Arrivals For ...'.  These are:

Print Arrivals for '(Time)'

This report will give a list of the arrivals for the current activity and the current time selected on the Booking Screen

Print Arrivals for '(Activity)'

This report will show a list of the arrivals for the activity specified in the menu.

Print Arrivals for '(Activity Group)'

This report will print an arrival list for all bookings within the specific group, e.g. all golf bookings, all hire bookings etc.
