The Elite system contains a menu of standard customer reports. There is also a very useful option which allows the user to create a completely bespoke, custom defined reports. For more information concerning creating custom defined reports, please refer to the 'Choose & Print' section, of this help manual.
The diagram below shows the standard menu options for reporting within the Administration System regarding Customer Records.
From the Main Menu of the Administration System, select Customer Details.
Select Choose & Print Customer Records.
Select Print Standard Customer Reports.
To print a report, simply click the required option, certain reports will ask for a date range to be specified.
